When Val and I relocated to Bacolod to say goodbye to the crazy pollution, endless traffic and fast-paced Metro Manila life. It was a big decision to let go of our jobs as well as the great opportunities that we have. Not to mention that we'll be missing our friends and loved ones. But hey, we are so ready to take our married life to the next level and get ready for a new adventure! Our whole new adventure starts with our "epic" journey. It is the longest land trip I have ever taken. Normally, it should take you 18-20 hours however, we had a lot of stops thus, ours was a bit longer. We left around 12:30am bound for Batangas via SLEX and Star Tollways. We wanted to leave a bit late to avoid the traffic in EDSA since we're from way up North. We arrived at the Batangas port around 4:00am but we were late for the RORO trip and waited for the next one at 5am. While waiting, we just decided to have some breakfast. We left Batangas port around 5:30am b
While everyone is encouraged to stay at home, bills payment has been one of the major concerns during the quarantine. Thus, a lot of companies especially utility companies offered online payment services to address the needs of their customers. Unfortunately, this is not the case for all. There were still some companies including the Davao City Water District that do not have the online option thus, customers are still forced to go out in order to pay while waiting for the availability of online payment options. But the good news is the long wait is over ---> Davao City Water District will be available on GCASH starting January 26, 2021. This means that DCWD customers can now pay their bills online. To pay, just open your GCASH app, under PAY BILLS > WATER UTILITIES, and look for DAVAO CITY WATER DISTRICT. Then input the following: Account holder’s name 9-digit DCWD account number Payment amount Working email address Valid mobile number If you don't have GCASH yet,

Did you know that you can donate your old clothes to H&M? H&M Philippines encourages customers to bring and donate their old clothes (whether in good or bad condition) in exchange for store discount vouchers. This is their way of helping lessen the garbage brought about by the fashion industry. After all, fashion is too precious to end up in the landfills. How to donate? There is no minimum number of pieces. You just have to fill a paper bag with old clothing ( no matter what brand or condition ) and bring to any H&M store nationwide. However, please take note that there is a limit of only 2 vouchers per customer per day regardless of how much clothes you are donating. (Approximately one bag full of clothes is equal to one 15% discount voucher) If you are curious what does H&M does with these donated clothes, these old garments are collected by their partner, I:Collect. These are then sorted into three categories: Rewear – old clot
