Here's some good news! The SM Store now offers deliveries of selected essential items for customers based in selected areas nationwide.

To order, just contact your preferred SM store branch via Viber/SMS. Though I highly suggest that you contact them via Viber so that you can exchange photos (as reference) plus it's free of charge. :)

Upon ordering, send the complete details of your order. Don't forget to include your full name, mobile number, preferred delivery date, and preferred payment option. You can do this anytime and even after store hours. Just leave a message. 

After submission, wait for a branch representative to contact you for order confirmation, payment, and delivery details. In my case, I left a message around 11PM and got a reply the next day. 

4 Things You'll Love About the SM Store Delivery Service this Quarantine Period:

1. There is no minimum order.

2. Delivery is FREE. (Not applicable anymore) 

Update: The SM Store will charge a flat rate delivery fee of P100 starting May 1, 2020.

3. COD, credit and debit card payment upon delivery is available. Online bank transfers available too for Metro Manila stores 

4. SMAC members and other loyalty programs can still earn points.
